Separation of rights between operators

There are many scenarios where you need to customize the processing of documents so that not all operators have access to all data. For example, some verification operators do not have access to some confidential information or verification of these data is not within the competence of this group of operators. In such cases, ABBYY FlexiCapture allows you to configure several verification stages, customize the list of fields available at each stage, and configure the list of user roles that have access to a particular workflow stage.

Conditional routing

Automation of many business processes requires conditional routing settings to control the movement of documents along the workflow. For example, when document leaving the verification stage, the value of some field of can be checked, and in accordance with it, the choice is made what workflow stage the document goes: exceptions, export or verification by the senior operator. Conditional routing may also depend on other conditions, including those checks using software scripts that are configured in the ABBYY FlexiCapture interface.

Dual Recognition

Sometimes it may be necessary to implement a workflow scenario that includes two recognitions using different predefined document definitions. Such a scenario can be useful if you need to extract first some metadata that will be required for the second recognition. ABBYY FlexiCapture has convenient settings that make it easy to implement such a process.
