Annual Support/Maintenance/Upgrades (SMUA) for ABBYY FlexiCapture, Recognition Server
This plan is designed for customers to receive on-going technical support, answers to questions, subscription to updates and newsletters, assistance, and upgrades. It provides constant support for the software purchased, and includes protection of the investment by including upgrades to subsequent software versions, as they become available (professional services for custom work and performing the upgrade are quoted separately). Support is available via: phone, e-mail, Web, and/or remote access such GoToMeeting (provided by WiseTREND), or other customer authorized access.
Renewal of SMUA happens annually on the anniversary of the original purchase, unless bundled to previously purchased SMUA.
