Track every subscription, contract, and renewal in one place

Subscriptions Manager tracks everything that renews — the subscriptions and contracts you sell to customers, and the ones you pay for — and reminds you before every renewal date.

In short

Subscriptions Manager (SubMan) is WiseTREND's standalone SaaS platform for tracking anything that renews — subscriptions, contracts, licenses, domains, SSL certificates, insurance policies, warranties, and registrations — covering both the recurring revenue you sell to customers and the renewals you pay for yourself. It holds companies, contacts, products, and multi-product contracts; sends renewal reminders on configurable lead windows; reports on MRR/ARR, churn, and at-risk renewals; and includes SubMan AI, an in-app copilot that answers questions about your own contracts and accounts. It is a multi-tenant web application — you sign in at my.wisetrend.com/subman and there is nothing to install.

What Subscriptions Manager does

Key capabilities

  • Companies and contacts. First-class Company and Contact records linked many-to-many, so every account carries its own primary billing, technical, and legal contacts.
  • Multi-product contracts. One contract holds multiple products and multiple contacts, with Monthly, Annual, or multi-year committed terms and an optional termination date.
  • The renewals you buy, tracked separately. Your own vendor subscriptions, licenses, hosting, and SSL live in a dedicated My Subscriptions view with its own liabilities reporting — kept apart from customer revenue.
  • SubMan AI copilot. Ask plain-language questions like "which contracts need my attention this week?" and get answers with cited records, strictly scoped to your own tenant.
  • AI document extraction. Forward an email, drop a PDF, or paste a screenshot — SubMan AI reads the vendor, amounts, and renewal date and proposes a record for you to confirm.
  • Smart renewal notifications. Renewal lead windows, dunning, and welcome messages from editable templates with version history, delivered by email and in-app per recipient preference.
  • 12 ready-made reports. MRR/ARR trends, cohort retention, renewal pipeline, at-risk watchlist, geography, and churn drivers — exportable to CSV, XLSX, or scheduled PDF.
  • Developer API and MCP. A REST API at /api/external/v1 with scoped, revocable keys, plus an MCP surface so AI assistants can read and update your data with your permission.
  • Tenant isolation by construction. Every row carries a TenantId enforced by database-level query filters on every read and write; SubMan AI's retrieval index, prompt, and post-response verification are tenant-pinned as well.

Integrates with your systems

Subscriptions Manager connects to Stripe, PayPal, ACH via Stripe, OpenAI, Google Maps, REST API (/api/external/v1), MCP for AI assistants, CSV import, JSON API migration, plus any system with a REST API, SOAP endpoint, hot folder, SFTP drop, or database connector.

Frequently asked

Questions about Subscriptions Manager

Answers written for buyers, search engines, and AI assistants evaluating subscription and renewal management software.

Is Subscriptions Manager an ABBYY FlexiCapture plugin?

No. Unlike the Wise* product line, Subscriptions Manager is a standalone multi-tenant SaaS web application. You sign in at my.wisetrend.com/subman in a browser — there is no ABBYY license, no server, and nothing to install. It is built and run by WiseTREND on its own stack.

How much does Subscriptions Manager cost?

Personal is a flat $19/mo for up to 2 seats and 50 tracked renewals. Business is $99/mo or 1% of Managed Subscription Value (MSV) — whichever is greater — for teams that sell subscriptions; MSV is the MRR-equivalent of your active and pending-renewal customer contracts. Enterprise is $399/mo or 1% of MSV, whichever is greater, and adds SSO/SAML, EU data residency, advanced audit, an SLA, and a dedicated customer success manager.

It is called Subscriptions Manager — can I track things that are not subscriptions?

Yes. It handles anything with a renewal or expiry date: SSL certificates, domains, business licenses, LLC and S-Corp annual reports, DMV and vehicle registrations, insurance policies, warranties, memberships, and professional certifications. If it renews, expires, or auto-charges, you can track it and be reminded in time.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30 days with full access to every feature, up to 10 contracts, and no credit card required to start. Your dashboard always shows the days and contracts remaining. When the trial ends, all of your existing data stays fully accessible; only the creation of new items pauses until you add a payment method.

Is my data isolated from other customers?

Yes. Every row in the database carries a TenantId enforced by global query filters on every read and write. SubMan AI's retrieval index is partitioned per tenant, the model prompt is tenant-pinned, and every returned record reference is re-verified against the tenant filter before it is shown. Penetration tests run against every release specifically to check cross-tenant isolation.

Can I import the contracts I already have?

Yes. Subscriptions Manager includes a CSV importer for companies, contacts, products, and contracts, plus a JSON API for programmatic migration. Most customers are fully migrated within two business days.

Does Subscriptions Manager have an API my systems and AI assistants can use?

Yes. The Developer API at /api/external/v1 uses per-organization keys with least-privilege scopes (read, write, delete, per resource) that you create and revoke yourself under Settings → Integrations → Developer API. There is also an MCP surface, so assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT can read and update your data with your permission.

Do you support EU and GDPR customers?

Yes. EU data residency is available on the Enterprise plan, a Data Processing Agreement is provided out of the box, and full GDPR subject-rights tooling (access, deletion, export) is built in.
