WiseTREND One Portal is the front door to our online solutions: e-Invoices & Peppol, WiseCHECK IQ, WiseAI Council, Subscriptions Manager and WiseCLAIM IQ, with one account, one catalog and your organization's own workspace.
WiseTREND One Portal (my.wisetrend.com) is the single sign-in and product catalog for WiseTREND's online solutions. Generally available since September 24, 2026, it gives each organization one account and its own workspace, lets users request access to any product in one step, and moves them between e-Invoices & Peppol, WiseCHECK IQ, WiseAI Council, Subscriptions Manager and WiseCLAIM IQ without signing in again.

Send and receive e-invoices on the Peppol network through WiseTREND's certified Access Point and SMP, with a workspace for customers and vendors.

How does One Portal work?
- Sign in once. One WiseTREND account for the whole product family. A product's Log In button takes you to the same sign-in screen and brings you back to the page you asked for.
- Your organization's workspace. Your workspace is created on first sign-in. The header switcher moves you between organizations, and every product shows only your own organization's data.
- Request access in one step. Ask for a product from its catalog card. The WiseTREND team approves it centrally, and every grant is recorded in an audit trail.
- Go straight to work. Make one solution your default and sign-in takes you directly to it, or move between solutions without signing in again.
How is One Portal secured?
- HTTPS only, on a patched web platform
- Access granted per organization and per product, never shared across organizations
- Every access grant and approval written to an audit trail
- Each release backed up before it ships, and rolled back automatically if its health checks fail
- Product-level controls on top: for example, WiseAI Council routes protected health information only to deployments covered by a Business Associate Agreement

Cloud, on-prem or hybrid?
One Portal is how WiseTREND delivers its solutions as a hosted service. The same document-processing capabilities also run inside your own environment, so the deployment follows your requirements, not the other way round.

Is One Portal the same as the old IDP Cloud Portal?
One Portal replaces the Cloud Portal name on this site. The cloud delivery of WiseTREND document processing described here continues, and it now sits alongside the One Portal apps under one sign-in. Older links to /cloud/ redirect to this page.
How do I get access to a product?
Sign in at my.wisetrend.com, open the product card and request access. The WiseTREND team approves access per organization; some products, such as Subscriptions Manager and WiseAI Council, also let you start on your own with a trial or free credit.
Does One Portal mean I have to run in the cloud?
No. One Portal is how WiseTREND's hosted solutions are delivered. The same document-processing capabilities also run on-premises inside your firewall, or in a hybrid of the two, when data residency or network rules require it.
Can people from different organizations see each other's data?
No. Access is granted per organization, each product shows only the signed-in organization's data, and every grant is recorded in an audit trail.
