Business is $995/year per legal entity (or $99/month), with 50 sent invoices/month included and graduated annual bands — $0.20 / $0.12 / $0.08 per invoice — pooled across every entity on the account beyond that. Enterprise (250,000+ invoices/year) is contact-us pricing with an SLA and dedicated support. 2026 sign-ups to Business get the first legal entity free for 12 months with rates locked through 2027. Once a Business account's combined sent invoices for the year — across every legal entity on the account — pass the included amount, each additional invoice bills at the band it falls into. Bands reset each year; there is no roll-over of unused included invoices.

What counts as a billable invoice, how the promos work, and how pricing changes are handled.
What counts as a billable invoice?
Billable usage is sent invoices and credit notes — the documents you issue outbound through WiseTREND's Peppol Access Point or portal. Receiving invoices, Peppol responses (MLR / invoice response messages), documents that fail validation, and test sends are all free and never count toward your plan.
Is receiving really free?
Yes. Receiving Peppol e-invoices is free and unlimited on every plan through 31 December 2027, as a launch promotion. It does not use any of your plan's included sent-invoice volume.
What is the 2026 launch offer?

No. WiseTREND gives at least 60 days' notice before any price change takes effect on your account.
How are the Business graduated bands applied?
Bands are annual and pooled across every legal entity on your Business account. Your account's combined sent-invoice volume for the year determines which band each invoice above the included amount falls into — for example, invoice 5,001 of the year across all your entities bills at the 5,001–50,000 rate, not the first-band rate.
What happens above 300 extra invoices a month on the Free plan?
Free is designed for low-volume senders — 50 included plus up to 300 extra sent invoices a month at $0.20 each. If you consistently need more, upgrade to Business, which has no monthly ceiling, only the annual graduated bands.
Do partners and resellers get special pricing?
Yes — partner and reseller pricing is arranged individually. Contact us.
Can I migrate from another Peppol provider?
Yes. Migration from another Peppol provider is free during 2026; from 2027 it is a flat $250 one-time fee. Contact us and we'll handle the SMP and Access Point transition.
