  • Sign in once at my.wisetrend.com and move between Subscriptions Manager, e-Invoices & Peppol, WiseAI Council, WiseCLAIM IQ and WiseCHECK IQ.
  • One catalog and solution picker, with a default solution so sign-in takes you straight to it.
  • Organizations built in, with access granted per organization and recorded in an audit trail.

WiseCHECK IQ

WiseCHECK IQ is available on WiseTREND One Portal

  • Live at my.wisetrend.com/wisecheck: sign in with your WiseTREND One Portal account; your organization's checks, batches and settings stay in your own workspace.
  • Upload check faces as PNG, JPEG, TIFF or PDF; every item opens as a per-check trace showing each field, where its value came from, and every rule that fired.
  • 73 published validation rules, an exception queue for items that need a person, and straight-through posting off by default.
  • Connectable to WiseAI Council for an independent second reading of a check.

WiseAI Council

WiseAI Council is now publicly available

  • Open to every organization: sign in with your WiseTREND One Portal account, start with $10 of free credit and get a first result from the Try it page in minutes.
  • Several models from different vendors vote, debate or critique each other before you see one answer, and any disagreement comes back as a written dissent.
  • Choose standard, PII, confidential or PHI per request. PHI runs only under a signed Business Associate Agreement, and the BAA and DPA can be reviewed and signed online.
  • Prepaid credit with daily and monthly spending ceilings, a REST API with named keys and callbacks, and an MCP server for AI agents.

Subscriptions Manager

Launch readiness: a new home inside WiseTREND One Portal

  • Subscriptions Manager now lives at my.wisetrend.com/subman, with one WiseTREND One Portal sign-in.
  • Pricing matches the published price list: Personal $19/mo; Business $99/mo or 1% of MSV; Enterprise $399/mo or 1% of MSV, whichever is greater.
  • Auto-renewing contracts roll forward to their next renewal date on their own, so reminders keep arriving every cycle.
  • Renewal dates no longer drift at month end, and dates show the correct day in every time zone.
