Earlier versions of the program had problems with some characters’ display: company seal, signature. Now there are no such problems. Each element is displayed clearly with no distortion.
When working with the program, we advise you to adhere to several tips:
- If the document was scanned using ScanSnap, it cannot be converted into PowerPoint, Excel, or Word if the security was configured. That is, if the user does not know the password and login, he will not be able to fully work with the document. Only the administrator has such rights.
- You can export an image from Word to (.docx), from PowerPoint to (.pptx), and from Excel to (.xlsx).
- You need to register in the program and authenticate your license to view and check the converted document. After that, you will be able to use all the functions of the software.
- The settings for working with a document are changed directly in the program itself.
First, start the program and select the scanner. Then conduct optical character recognition pdf or any other format. The scanned file will be displayed in a window. The Text, Barcode and Checkmark Group fields displayed on the data form can now be supplemented with a snapshot (a fragment of the original image) to facilitate visual review of data.

Notifications are sent in the following cases: successful registration, successful password change, password reset with temporary password specified, granting of access rights and denied access with commentary from the Administrator about the reason.
